Boredom strikes. I turned some DC Dark/Vertigo characters into Isaac. Black Orchid, John Constantine, Animal Man (DCnU), Despair, and Swamp Thing (DCnU). Might add some more for fun when I get bored again.

It was this trailer that really sold me on The Binding of Isaac before I really knew anything about. Good thing too, I ended up loving the game.
